Our clients are leaders, managers and teams in mid- to large-sized organizations in both the private and public sectors. What they all have in common is that they’re searching for ways to enhance leadership and collaboration and improve performance within their organizations.

Some of my team are accustomed to operating independently and don’t see the value of operating in cooperation with the team as a whole. Individually, they may be high performers, but overall team performance suffers because the team doesn’t function as well as it could. We need to help team members understand how their behavior impacts teamwork and learn to modify their approach for the success of the whole team.
We have talent in the organization but there is need for further development. In fact, some of our turnover is because people don’t see opportunities to develop new skills or enhance current skills within our organization. How can we better identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement and design the process that will develop them professionally so that no one slips through the cracks?
Organizational goals and strategies are established but not everyone owns them. People are performing at a lower level than is expected or acceptable to implement our big picture goals. How do we identify critical performance gaps and get buy-in for organizational goals and strategies?
My team struggles with deadlines and with support for and from other team members. Communication across functions and departments needs to improve. How can we engage people in the process of discovering their identified roles and collaborative relationships and foster a team environment that stimulates productivity and cooperation?
